Ways to pay
Mobile money or a card. You approve every payment yourself, on your own handset — the counter never asks for your wallet PIN on the page.
The counter only ever shows what can actually complete this payment, so the list changes from shop to shop and country to country. Nothing is wrong when that happens: a method appears only if your country has it, the currency works with it, and the shop turned it on.
Two ways to pay
Mobile money
Type your number on the counter, then approve on your phone. That is the whole flow, whichever wallet you use.

Cards
Visa and Mastercard, plus other schemes depending on the shop.
You enter your card on the card processor's own secure page, pass your bank's check if it asks for one, and come back to the shop afterwards.
Your card number never reaches us. It goes straight to the card processor — not to ePay, and not to the shop.
In some countries you will not get a prompt on your phone. Instead the counter shows you a short code to dial, which gives you back a one-time code to type in.
Use the code shown on screen, not one you remember — it changes, and an old one will not work.
What the counter will never ask you for
If a page claiming to be ePay asks for either of these, stop and tell the shop.
Your wallet PIN, on the page. You only ever type that into your own handset, answering a prompt from your own operator.
Your card's CVV, anywhere else. Only the card processor's own secure page ever asks for it.
If something goes wrong
Start with the shop, and bring your payment reference. It is on your receipt, it identifies your payment everywhere, and it is the first thing anyone will ask you for — us, the shop, or your operator.
The shop sold you the thing and is always the right first call — delivery, the wrong item, a cancellation, or a payment that looks wrong. A refund comes from the shop too.
If the shop cannot tell you what happened, come to us with that same reference. We keep the record of every payment that goes through our counter, so we can always tell you where yours got to.
